- Light: Low to moderate (50–150 PAR) — that neon green expresses best without being pushed into high PAR
- Flow: Low to moderate — enough movement to keep detritus off without forcing polyps closed
- Temperament: Will spread given space — one of the more rewarding morphs to grow out into a full colony
- Feeding: Benefits from target feeding with reef roids or similar but not required
- Difficulty: Beginner friendly
