Refund & Live Arrival Policy

At Wilder Aquatics, we take pride in delivering healthy, tank-raised corals in peak condition. Because we offer local delivery only, issues are rare; however, this policy explains how such situations are handled if they occur.

All corals are personally inspected prior to delivery and transported over short distances to minimize stress. We guarantee that your coral will arrive alive and in good condition at the time of delivery.

If a coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), Wilder Aquatics will provide either a replacement coral or a full refund, at our discretion.

To qualify for a DOA replacement or refund, you must notify us within two hours of delivery. Clear photos of the coral in its original container must be provided, and the coral must not have been placed into your tank prior to contacting us. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for losses caused by tank conditions, acclimation errors, incompatibility with existing livestock, or failure to follow basic reef-keeping best practices. Changes in color or polyp extension after placement are not considered grounds for refund. Buyer unavailability at the agreed delivery time may void the live arrival guarantee. Once a coral is delivered alive and accepted, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Orders may be canceled before delivery is scheduled for a full refund. Once a delivery time has been confirmed, cancellations may be declined or may be subject to a fee due to the nature of live aquatic livestock.

Delivery times are coordinated in advance to ensure a successful hand-off. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time. Missed or refused deliveries may void the live arrival guarantee.
