These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Wilder Aquatics website and the purchase of products from Wilder Aquatics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Wilder Aquatics sells live, tank-raised aquacultured corals. Due to the nature of live aquatic livestock, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Product photos displayed on our website are representative only. Actual coloration and appearance may vary depending on lighting, water parameters, tank conditions, and camera settings.

Wilder Aquatics currently offers local delivery only within approximately 50 miles of Miami, Florida. We do not ship products at this time. Delivery times are coordinated directly with the customer after checkout, and customers are responsible for being available at the agreed delivery time.

Our Refund & Live Arrival Policy governs refunds, replacements, and DOA claims and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Once a coral is delivered alive and accepted by the customer, responsibility for the coral transfers to the buyer.

By placing an order, you confirm that your aquarium is properly cycled and suitable for live coral, that you understand basic coral care and acclimation, and that you are legally permitted to own live corals in your location. Wilder Aquatics is not responsible for losses caused by tank conditions, incompatibility with existing livestock, or improper care after delivery.

Orders may be canceled before delivery is scheduled for a full refund. Once delivery has been scheduled, cancellations may be declined or may be subject to a fee due to the nature of live aquatic livestock.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilder Aquatics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality. All content on this website is the property of Wilder Aquatics and may not be used without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
